To process a return, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number will only be issued during the 30-day return period which begins on the date of shipment by Kilimanjaro Gear. Please provide the following information when requesting

- Date of Purchase
- Return Item(s)
- Reason for Returns
- Order Number
- Mailing Address
- Refund or Replacement
For returns due to any other reason besides defect or Kilimanjaro Gear
Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) has been received at our location, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once Kilimanjaro Gear receives the returned item(s) a refund or replacement order will be issued.
