Kilimanjaro offers friendly and prompt product repair and replacement services. Our customer service representatives are ready to help you get your Kilimanjaro product back into service ASAP!
 Even if the warranty for your product has expired, we can provide replacement parts and service.
Here’s how to contact our parts and service department:

Option #1

E-mail us at service@kilimanjarogear.com with your request. Be sure and include product number, problem you’re having and parts you need (if known). We’ll get a response back to you ASAP!

Option #2

CALL (800) 522-0847 between the hours of 7 AM – 4 PM Pacific Standard Time. One of our representatives will assist you.

Option #3

SEND us your product if it needs repair. Be sure and include your name, address, phone number and a note letting us knows what’s wrong. You can also include your e-mail address, which we’ll use to contact you regarding product service.
